  1. General rules


To request a refund, the client should contact WWW.INFYNITTV.COM by writing a letter to the company’s email address support@infynittv.com

  • with a request for a refund and indicating the transaction number for which a refund is required.
    After WWW.INFYNITTV.COM receives the refund request, the client will be notified of the decision.
  • Please note that, on average, it can take up to 24 hours for a refund request to be processed from the moment we receive the mentioned request from the customer.
    All information related to the refund request is carefully checked and verified by WWW.INFYNITTV.COM
    • WWW.INFYNITTV.COM, maintains full custody of funds, and user data/information which may be turned over to governmental authorities in the event of WWW.INFYNITTV.COM, accounts’ (profiles’) suspension/closure arising from fraud investigations, investigations of violation of law, or violation of the Company’s policies, till the final decision will be made.
    • In case of a positive decision: Refunds in excess of the original transaction amount are prohibited for any payment method.
  • Funds will be returned to the client using the same method and the same bank/card details from where the client made the initial transaction to WWW.INFYNITTV.COM,
    Refunds are made by:
    – payment cards (VISA / MC): any day of a week;

    Please note that the refund enrollment to the client’s bank / card account could take up to five business days, that depends on each bank internal policies and / or procedures, and which our company cannot influence in any way.

The User acknowledges the finality of all purchases and sales whether they are completed or pending.  Refunds will be processed without undue delay, and in any event within seven (7) days after WWW.INFYNITTV.COM, approved a refund. Refund transactions can take up to ten (10) business days, excluding time needed for funds transfer from the bank or payment provider to your account.
  • In the request consideration process WWW.INFYNITTV.COM, could require additional documents such as identity documents, or a payment order, or any other document as proof of payment.

    Until all the circumstances are clarified and / or the verification of documents is completed, WWW.INFYNITTV.COM reserves the right to freeze the client’s funds requested for a refund.
  • Clients must provide accurate and correct information related to the initiated transaction. WWW.INFYNITTV.COM is not responsible for the result of any transaction made due to client error, or due to the provision of incorrect or misleading information.
  • Please note that in case of incorrect personal details specified by the client when making a payment, the costs and fees incurred during the processing of the refund will be reimbursed exclusively by the client.

    WWW.INFYNITTV.COM provides its clients with the possibility to resolve any problem or issue related to exchanges before the client fills a complaint request (chargeback) with the customers’ bank. The settlement process takes place by contacting the customer support department at support@infynittv.com.
    WWW.INFYNITTV.COM reserves the right to suspend the client’s account during the complaint request investigation process.

WWW.INFYNITTV.COM reserves the right to make changes and amendments to this Refund Policy, including if any changes are made to the law. If the client does not agree with the possible changes, he/she should stop using the WWW.INFYNITTV.COM service.

  3. . Shipping costs will not be refunded.

If you are not satisfied with any of these products, simply let our team know @ support@infynittv.com and a full refund less any shipping charges will be applied to your account immediately.

Damage During Shipping

 

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse.

Please check your shipment carefully upon arrival to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made with 72hrs. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time.

 

International Orders

 

In some countries, you may incur some extra shipping charges for end-point drop off, tax tariffs, and other charges. If purchasing from a country outside of the United States, we implore you to do your own research about these possible charges prior to making a purchase. You will not be reimbursed or refunded based on these extra charges.
